Established in 2001, K.I.SERVICES, INC. is a 501c3 minority and community-focused health & wellness organization that provides a gateway to healthcare within the City of Alexandria and the Washington D.C Metropolitan area.

K.I. Services, Inc. (KIS) has over twenty (20) years of organizational experience providing education and outreach programming, mental health and substance abuse counseling, and prevention services (HIV testing and counseling).

KIS delivers programs and services that are both comprehensive and culturally relevant to African American, African, Caribbean, Caucasian, Hispanic, and other diverse cultural and ethnic groups

Programs and services include educational programs that emphasize skill-building designed to reduce the spread of infectious diseases, prevent chronic diseases, and decrease & eliminate stigma; while our counseling services are designed to gain client success by developing a sense of belonging, empowerment, and ownership for their actions. Our services are individually customized and encourage client involvement in the overall process to achieve total wellness.

We view the relationship with our clients as a partnership; working together to address client needs; personally and within the community. Our primary goal is to give our clients a sense of community pride and expose them to a holistic mindset approach to decision making.

Its primary location is within a 25-mile radius of the heart of the African American and Hispanic communities within the City of Alexandria, making it visible and accessible to the populations that it serves.
